Hi, can you please tell me how you made that sweater hat with the blue and white brim and green top. I would love to make that. What are your tips?

The link to the how-to is in the post from Craft Stylish. I meant to put my own photos but never got around to it!
I would add that having made 3 of them with the instructions from that site, they all were a little bit too big for the head I measured and made the templates from. So make sure the seams are a generous 1/2 inch – I tend to make them smaller.
Also in both hats above, I used the bottom edges of sweaters for the bottom edge of the hats – so as not to have an unraveled edge or bulky hem.
